Friendly and spotless! 3rd November 2008

The owner was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Both my room and the house was spotlessly clean and well decorated/furnished. My room was warm, comfortable and well equipped with 28" TV, hot drinks, shower gel, shampoo etc and about 2 mins walk to the seafront. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful - full english, cereals, toast, juice coffee etc. All in all a bargain at £60 per room for the quality of my stay. Highly recommended.
