Reviews for HSP Holistic Energy Training Centre
i decided to visit this place becuase i had a stiff back and shoulders and, aswell as being depressed its making me feel like poo.
i was after a massage or thai head massage basically but didnt really know where to go so i went for advice.i go in and explain
and the lady starts asking me what i do with my time that sorta thing and basically tells me what i already know that im living a
pretty negative un productive life. you can see where this is going. Brighton HSP can help me. i should say here that i made it quite clear im
living on handouts from my parent who aint rich . . aint rich . . they're poor.so she invites me to come down and they'l show me how HSP can help me.also
im told to ignore medical advice from my doctor about anti depressants and the muscle i pulled in my back about a week prior.
BRighton HSP ONLY runs a course called brain vibration. as far as i can tell from the session its stretching meditation and that thing where you
''feel the energy'' between your hands . . . you know like in the school playground (also you know when you stand in a doorway and push your arms
out then step into open space your arms rise by themselfs - thats the same effect).Apparently also yoga and some workshops.i did feel good and it is a
good way of excercising.i dont want to put people off joining. This could be good for some people as an introduction to acheiving positiveness
through meditation and being fit.persoannly i think the good feelings promised on this course could be achieved of your own back doing meditation
and keeping fit with say yoga or other fitness rouetines.a lot of this course is i beleive physcological.like a pretty story.''aww i feel good now''.
i still have an open mind about the brainwave vibration ideas
i hope people will keep a strong mind if they decide to check it out and remeber that you a)you dont have to tottaly reject science and medicine to be
spiritual b) [deleted] c) just cos someone is chinease/easter asian doesnt mean they're driping in wisdom. . . i would say more but i cant
think right now im hungry lol.
back to my review.i marked this 2 stars becuase from the outside i thought this would be a good place for advice and they'd would be cool.
i also had thought of several people i have talked to about the whole ''the universe is just energy and move.ment and vibrations'' that
sort of thing (including this legend japanease old guy who made me think twice about being an atheist.but thats a different story)and
this is the vibe i got from here. i think i was wrong. i went to leave and they asked me for £25. HUH? the lady thought that i knew
maybe she can read minds but i cant. ''i told you i barely have any money'' . . ''i thought you might have worked in the last few days'' WHAAA?
i dont know i just thought she was being a cool freindly person who genuenly was offering me help. she honestly never mentioned money
or payment -she then went into fuax wisdom mode '' you need to take responsibilty'' ''people dont just do stuff for nothing'' .i hear this from
my parents and brother all the time I KNOW!!stinky capatalism .i dont need to be dumped on by some stranger.left there feeling a bit shot down.
i really have tried to make this a fair review and not said some of the harsher thoughts that came to mind so you can make your own mind up
and maybe part of me just wants to moan about the way i was treated. shop around before you spend money. unless you have more money than sense
oh and Dude ...my back still hurts.

p.s due to my anti capatalist remark im sure some or all of you will decide not to take this post seriosly. i dont care.
