Iydea say "Iydea is a great value no frills vegetarian cafeteria serving fresh healthy world food to take away or eat in.", and they'd be right, but it's damned good!
The staff are very friendly, and will remember you if you are a regular there. They have wifi, but it is turned off for the lunch time rush. The food is great value, and as organic and locally sources as possible I think.
Oh, and have one of their lemonades, mmmm.
