Good service!
Very pleasant staff who are eager to help you out whenever you are looking for something or are having trouble with a service. Self service machines enable you to take out books and cds etc without having to queue up at the desk; mostly easy to use although some books may not be tagged. More than adequate IT Provisions including photocopying, scanning and printers as well as many computers that can be booked for an hour each day.
Can be hard to find the item you are looking for as the library is so big but staff should be able to help! Items that you reserve can take a long time to arrive but should eventually come!
