There are two patio areas, which unfortunately are now the domain of the smokers...

The old manor quickly became my favourite pub when i lived nearby. Its a chain pub with two bar areas and plenty of seating, but has never been too crowded when i have been there.
I particularly enjoyed the beer festivals that have been held there, with a good selection of beer and not too expensive. The pub does cater well for smokers, providing marquees and heaters outside during their beer festivals.
There are two patio areas, which unfortunately are now the domain of the smokers, but there is more than enouh seatin inside.
The food is well cooked, varied and not too expensive in my experience. They do the usual curry night and sunday lunch specials.
There is a pay and display carpark outside but if you spend a small amount in the pub you get the parking charge refunded - bonus.
