Had a wonderful weekend here food was fantastic made to feel really welcome in a friendly and comfortable enviroment. Definitley will stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble for Sandra and Gerard.

have stopped here three times now, previously one nighters, but now more of a long distance relationship with a hotel now. last time i stopped was for three nights and was made to feel like i was at home. The food was good home cooked and with plenty of it.

its located a 5-10 minute walk from the tower, beach, winter gardens, town centre and the golden mile.

If you need a luxury spa break with the finest egyptian cotton bedding and luxury toiletries thrown in.... this aint for you.

If your looking for a comfortable clean and welcoming place to rest whilst in blackpool that isnt gonna cost the earth then stopping at the franklyn with sandra and gerrard is a good safe bet.

absolutely the best place to stay in blackpool,after 20 yrs of doin the weekends, this is now the only place we'll stay in future! gerry and sandra ......very friendly landlord/lady, fantastic atmosphere yet homely and extremely clean. great food . see ya soon
