this is a traditional pub, old fashioned inside,red carpet and old wooden bar and tables. it has a relaxing feel to it and is popular with locals. you will always get a friendly welcome here. the beer is reasonable price and is always nice and cold. there is a good range of the traditional beers on tap and a good selection of bar snacks. there is now a plasma tv for the football and rugby, this is a good place to unwind if you just fancy popping out for a pint or two. this is more a blokes local than a family pub.
