Hampsons sell a lot of bakery food including pasties,pies,cakes,doughnuts and sandwiches.A lot of people come here and it really is busy nearly every day just minus Sunday.

Their pasties are made warm and fresh here and have got a really nice taste to them.They also make some excellent fresh cakes here as well,i really like their cakes a lot from here.

The staff are very quick here in working as well,this really is a good bakery.

Hampsons has got to be one of the best bakery's in Blackburn! The pastrys, cakes and sandwiches are always fresh and the staff are alaways very cheery. They do the best ring dohnoughts ever! Sometimes hampsons do very good offers on the food such as 3 for 2 or 5 for a pound! I like to look out for these offers! They do a great selection of cakes for the kids and whenever you buy a pastry it is always straight from the oven! I cannot fault this shop! It does get very busy around lunch time but that is to be expected.

There are two hampsons stores in the centre of Blackburn and they both offer a huge variety of desserts. The pasties are always nice with the Mediterranean one being absolutely delicious and unique. There is an extensive display of desserts and the doughnuts are especially nice. The sandwich section that they have just made recently is a good touch as it allows you to pick what you would like on your sandwich and they make the sandwich in front of you. The drinks are quite limited and quite pricey. The chocolate éclairs are very tasty and sometimes at the end of the day, near their closing time, they offer any 4 desserts for 1.99 which I think is great.

Hampsons have been around for many years and are well known for making some top pasties and selling some good refreshment snack food.I used to come here every week but have stopped doing that now.

Hampsons are a bit expensive these days compared to before,they have raised their prices on the pasties and also raised their prices on the sandwiches.Their drinks also cost too much,I feel Hampsons is not worth going to any more because of their prices.

Hampsons in Blackburn town center is an excellent place for pasties and sandwiches. The location in the Blackburn town center is an advantage. The selection of pasties and bakes is quite good. Chicken Tikka pasty is new and spicy. There is also a good selection of cakes and cookies. There is quite enough number of staff and hence waiting time is very reasonable. The pasties and bakes are served hot which is very good. The staffs are cheerful and friendly.

They have a refrigerated section for take away cold food such as sandwiches and drinks. A short selection of crisps was available too. Staffs were using tongs to pick up the pasties. The prices are very reasonable and pocket friendly.
