The stage door what can i say!?!?! I have been here a few times with my friends and even though it is a bit old fashioned and dingy inside we keep on coming back! The whole atmosphere of the place is just absolutly awesome. The drinks are very reasonable here and you can always have a good old dance. The dj is in drag and it is absolutly hilarious. My husband was picked in the crowd once and the dj said something to him! I can't remember exactly what he said we had all had a bit to drink but i remember him being red faced! you can definatly have a giggle here though! the staff are brilliant as well.

this place has a really nice atmosphere , even if the decor is a bit old fashioned and dated -the dj drag artist is so funny - even if he does take the mickey out of some of the customers so if you dont mind being picked out from the crowd.. be afraid.. be very afraid.. the drinks are quite reasonably priced compared to some of the other places in blackburn and is a good start or end to the night where you can have a laugh and dance with your mates - the only downside really is the location as its just on the outskirts of the nightlife area but even so - its worth a visit

Well what can I say about the stage door? It's fab! the pub itself is slightly old fashioned and a bit grotty, but the atmostphere is great.

The DJ is a drag artist who is hilarious making jokes at the customers expense but in a fun and unoffensive way. The music is a mixture of newish pop and the old disco classics.

The drinks are reasonably priced compared to other bars in the town. The only thing i would say is its location isnt great it is on the edge of where all the nightlife in blackburn is and you would only pass it on your way to liquid.

Overall I would definately recommend the stage door as a good place to go for a boogie.
