We went to McDonalds on a Friday afternoon. Obviously, being in the city centre, it was busy at this time. However, we were served within ten minutes which I thought was good considering the amount of customers. The staff member who served us did not come across as the happiest person to be working there, but she did get all of our large order correct so I have no problems there. It was impossible to get a table downstairs, so we went to the upstairs area where we got lucky. The only thing I did not like about this McDonalds was that the toilets were not very clean. I would go back to this one if I were in the area, although maybe not when it is so busy.
