Not too bad
In an area where you have a lot of choice for ethnic food this isn't the best place you'll find. I would recommend the Balti Hut just over the road though!
The waiters are very friendly at the Balti Bazaar and the atmosphere is ok. It is laid out a little like a school canteen so it does lack a lot of personality. I haven't been back since I went so it may have changed by now, at last I certainly hope it has.
The house specials weren't really 'specials', they were what you get on average in any good ethnic establishment. The standard food was ok though. Not out of this world but not bad either.
One thing I did like and always a plus for a cheap evening out,you can take your own booze! I can't stand being charged three times the price for something you can buy at the Off licence next door.
