If you like cold and overcooked food this is the place. Very disappointed usually this chain of pubs are good but service slow had to keep asking how much time we had to wait for the meal when it did arrive 1 meal stone cold had to go back, the other 3 meals chips were cold and hard chicken over cooked couldn't chew of swallow it the fish was also overcooked, after asking to see the manager who didn't come to see us but complained several members of staff all they could say was they were very busy with christmas parties well that wasn't our problem and we didn't know that our hard earned money was good enough for them. no wonder they take your money first they didn't return any. and to add insult on the bottom of the till receipt it says: Thank you Darling!! what an insult.... this pub Rating being polite RUBBISH WASTE OF MONEY.

This pub is a great place to take kids as it has a wacky warehouse.

They have a varied menu with great 2 for 1 offers making it a cost effective way to have a family day out. The choice of food is varied and the kids menu has a lot of choice too.

The whole pub has recently been refurbished and this has given it a much brighter and cleaner look. You don't usuall have to booke but they do get very busy on a Sunday.

However, to their credit, even when it is busy the service is still good and the food is consistent.

Great choice for a reasonably priced meal with the kids.
