    Good, honest fun

True 80's style cheese to be found here. The venue can prove to be tremendous fun with real classics hitting your ears as you make shapes on the revolving dancefloor, but girls, be aware of the more mature men reliving their golden days - these alcohol-fuelled reminiscers of the halcyon days of their youth are certainly not afraid to make a move! Beyond this though, it is a friendly (!) place to go of an evening, and is well placed (on Broad St) so you can always move on to/from other bars! Definitely worth it - sing your heart out! You can expect queues and pocket-unfriendly prices though.

This place does what it says on the tin.

Its a good old fashioned eighties themed bar/club, it has a good mix of ages and the atmosphere most nights is a really good one. Drink prices are a bit high, but its broad st so that to be expected really. Sometimes there could be more bar staff as the place gets really packed from 1130 onwards and you end up waiting for fifteen minutes to get served.

Due to the popularity of the place and its good location the venue does get crowded and sometimes its standing room only, but with it good atmosphere these negatives can be overlooked. Overall a good ploace to visit on a night out on broad st, but get in early to avoid the rush!

    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!!

I had always wanted to go as I LURVE 80's music but never had the right crowd to go with. Went for a leaving do for an ex-colleague and it was the greatest night out.

Music obviously was fantastic. Horrendously difficult to get a drink at the bar as it was so busy. The place was really hot as well but God did we have a laugh. Love the toys and outfits you can buy really cheap, silly bit of fun with blow up guitars and glittery hats.

There did seem to be a lot of older men oggling much younger girls though which seemed a bit pervy !

Good Night out, will defnitely do it again!

I go in here an awful lot for one reason - the atmosphere!!

I love a lot of the 80's music and me and my mates have a right laugh in here with our huge heart-shaped glasses and afro wigs!! The DJ plays any requests that we have and we all have a dance and a fun time!

We sometimes go up here on a monday after the pub and its not too busy then and the drinks are quite cheap! only drawback is on a saturday, its really quite crowded, as most pubs/clubs are on Broad Street. You see a lot of women on their hen nights here and people out celebrating their birthdays which adds to the lively atmosphere.

One of my favourite bars!! Highly recommend it!

Fun fun fun - but watch the grope-y men

Now, as much as I like to think I've got great taste in music, there's nothing like a purely cheesy night out with the girls. The music is wonderfully terrible - Kylie, Bon Jovi, Dead or Alive, Madonna... and so forth, and the DJs will always play your requests.

It's a popular destination for hen nights, and the crowd is split between people who are there because they remember the eighties, and those who were born in the eighties and just want to dance! This split has meant, in my experience, that you need to be a bit wary of over enthusiastic men who feel the need to dance with or grope (don't ignore it, give him a sharp word!) younger female dancers.

There’s always drinks offers of some sort on, and if you can, go on a weekday, eg Thursday, as its free entry, busy but not quite so packed, and the drinks are cheaper. Plus the DJ will be quieter and generally plays any request you ask!
