My girlfriend and I have been using the Trocadero quite alot since the refurb. She wouldn't go in at all before but now she'll happilly go there alone and comfortably soak up atmosphere. A great job has been done to brighten it up and create a warm, relaxing feel and although it still shows sport it doesn't have the loud fans that used to come with it.

Food is very well priced and of good quality and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

We definitly recommemnd a visit when your out and about in town.

Trocadero is a nice an enjoyable place to vist be it with mates on a night out or during the day for a quick lunch.
The food is standard pub fare at good price & made using fresh ingredients,There are many options to try and there is vegetarian choices aswell.The prices are really good and there are usually good offers on so making it great value for money.
The staff are helpful & friendly & the whole place has a nice relaxed but lively atmosphere.
The facilities are nice and clean - clean toilets!
There is a wide range of wines,spirits & beers aswell as cocktails which are divine.
All in all it's a great pub ticks all the right boxes i.e good food,good value for money,nice friendly environment.
10/10 from me

serves many types of beer and wines and the cocktails they do are well worth the money. All drinks, I think, are reasonably priced and the crowd in here are well friendly along with the staff.

They also have a tv screen with sporting events on so this adds to the entertainment.

The music played in here caters for more or less everyone. A nice place to come before a night up Broad Street!

Pretty standard pub - good location, gets busy at busy times and generally a good crowd. Used to be a bit more of an "indie" pub but now seems a haunt for pretty much anyone. Juke box, plus television screens dotted all over which are usually playing sport (warning to anyone who might actually want their partners attention all night....!)
Food is fairly good and not badly priced. There’s usually offers on drinks such as double up for £1 extra – which makes it a popular place with people having a drink before moving on to a club/etc. Toilets are always clean – a side note but always important on a busy night! Try to get a seat in one of the booths at the very back right of the pub – much cosier and more private!
Décor is standard pub, they have had renovations recently and do seem to be quite good at keeping the place spruced up.
In conclusion – a nice, standard place for a drink and a bit to eat.

Great pub part of the weatherspoons chain so drinks as like any other. Lots of people use it as a pre drink before going else where.
