Looks cosy from the outside, went in with my family and odered a meal from the lunch menu which was basically overcooked pie and chips. They charged a fortune for starters and when we sat down to eat I found a big hair in the middle of my pie!!

I complained to the girl behind the counter who took it into the kitchen, when she returned I was asked if I wanted anything else to eat or my money back, I asked for the money and she went back behind the counter, 20 minutes later when everyone else had finished their meals and my friend had finally got her milkshake that we had asked for about 3 times we went up to get my money back, only to be told that it wasn't possible, that she would give me another meal instead....

so instead of refunding my 'hairy meal' I was told, after we had packed up ready to go that I would only be offered another meal!!

DISGRACE!!

It's no wonder that a hair ended up in the food, people were coming in and out of the kitchen without hats and with their bags like it was a shopping centre.
