  Well I started going here to eat when I was about 8. I grew up in the village and although I moved away long ago I still have family in the area and pop back here every now and again. The pub has had a fairly high turnover of landlords in the past and the food has been variable but for a few years now they have made a real effort and it's a great little pub with a decent menu. I think my neice cooks here at the weekends and so the food can be relied on to be good. The village is lovely and this is a good old fashioned local village pub thats well worth a visit. Immerse yourself in village life.
