great food, lovely and fresh with generous portions and a good childrens menu,the staff are very friendly and always at hand to get you a drink or two! with the good food, good service and all set in a lovely setting by the river it makes a lovely evening out. we often take the kids here because they have a great menu for them, and the kids have lots of space to run around and play. i would give this place 10 out of 10 for the food and great service and 10 out of 10 for the brilliant setting,so close to basingstoke, yet far enough out of the town to think you were in the country

Baron's Mill has a great pub and pub garden which is set beside the a river.
Also attached is the restaurant, which provides excellent fine foods.
Great place to go to celebrate, or just for those romantic moments.
