This pub is the complete opposite to the moon on the square which is located opposite funnily enough. walk in and within a short space of time you are served by friendly staff. The bar is clean the pub is clean and the beer is clean although prices are the highest in the 3 pub area it is worth the little extra for a much better service. Also this pub being one of the few that sell guinness red a damm good beer. Food is great also with some fantastic value food for example a gammon steak...

The bar is clean the pub is clean and the beer is clean although prices are the highest in the 3 pub area it is worth the little extra for a much better service. Also this pub being one of the few that sell guinness red a damm good beer. Food is great also with some fantastic value food for example a gammon steak for only 2.99 amazing the only downside to this is that food is stopped being served at 4pm.
