Cafecinos is situated on the Barnstaple High Street with the entrance just inside the Pannier Market. A relatively small cafe it is always very busy and you may well have to wait for a table. the wait is well worth it though but if you cant wait that long they also do a take away service. A relatively small cafe it is always very busy and you may well have to wait for a table. the wait is well worth it though but if you cant wait that long they also do a take away service. They do a vast range of meals from a cooked breakfast( including a vegetarian version) to sandwiches which are served with salad and crisps to fresh homemade soups and a lot more besides. the service is good but can be a bit slow due to the popularity of the cafe.
