When tradition meets with innovation
In the heart of the unesco World Heritage old Krakow, Wierzynek (pronounce "Viejenek") is worth increasing a bit the food budget in this country where food is very cheap (UK Standards). You will still find it is affordable if you are used to London prices!
The building built in 1367 is a jewel and has always been in restaurant! Polish kings used to dine there!
The menu is a mix of old Polish traditional dishes and innovative Cuisine with a little French touch.
The wines are mainly from France.
The Service is high standards and English is spoken.
A must do if you pass by beautiful Krakow!
