This is an institution in Malta.

this restaurant overlooking the bay of Saint Julian is apparently one of the best restaurant on the island.

I do not know if this is the best but everything we had was excellent. The carpaccio of octopus was delicious, the rabbit was perfectly cooked and tender the dessert was exquisite!

The wine was not unforgettable! ... Malta is not known for the quality of its wines but we were pleased to give it a chance.

The view is lovely and the service was very professional and at the same level as the ones you'd get in Paris or London.

Over all a very good experience!
