Reviews for Gao

The best resataurnt I've been to in Tel Aviv, hands down Prices are good, and the food is excellent. (Also, it's kosher.)

Small and simple, the Gao serves great authentic Thai food quickly and at great prices.

At lunch the place is packed and sometimes the service is a bit confused, but the food is always excellent. In the evening it's not as full, but you will notice a train of takeaways going out.

Don't expect all the fusion type dishes some other Tel Aviv noodles bars have, you won't find “Afghani” or “Malaysian” dishes here, just Thai and that seems to be enough!

Personally I think they make the best Pad Thai in Tel Aviv and the Asian Soup is huge (Tip: in take away it comes in 2 bowls). All the appetizers are great so I can't recommend anything specific.
