Cafe Wild
Cafe Wild is located in the center of Wermelskirchen. As the city has just gone through a huge construction, the 1800 century house now has the surrounding it deserves. The cafe itself reminds of an old cafe from the 50-60's not because it has not been refurbished since but the old house with the new decorations leaves this pleasant feeling.
The place sells the most delicious cakes, confiserie and chocolates I had so far. The coffee is also good but I would not go there just for the coffee.
I cannot imagine many people walking by the counter without ending up buying something.
As the place is quite popular you are unlikely to get a seat in the afternoon. Really something for early birds or people that do not mind waiting.
