The first time I had a lunch there was in May 2007 when we went there for having Lunch 2.0, some kind of social lunch. There were lots of famous Internet entrepreneurs. The ambience was quite well but a bit too loud.
They've a nice location but a little bit difficult to find for people who haven't been there yet, I think.
Unfortunately the servent was partial arrogant, but my friends said she was "dominant nach Hamburger Art" (dominant in Hamburg's manner).
