Schloss Hotel Lerbach
This restaurant (three star michelin) is part of the Schloss Hotel Lerbach. The Schloss (Chateau) is located in the outskirts of Bergisch Gladbach in the middle of a beautiful park. The hotel is a five star equivalent property with the respective flair.
Dieter Mueller is the three star chef. His passion for cooking really transpires in his dishes. He can be quite experimental (mixture between french and german/baden cuisine) which is fun. I have been there many times and have never had a bad experience.
The location definitely contributes to the experience as the restaurant has a great location within the Chateau and has a view into the garden.
The service is astonishing, the somelier experienced and even people that have not had a three star experience before can relax and enjoy as the staff is not intimidating at all.
