Reviews for Au Petit Pierre
As Dunkerque was pretty much flattened in the second world war, there aren't that many old buildings left (luckily a few historic bits did survive like the St Eloi church and the "beffroi", the clock tower). But the Au Petit Pierre restaurant is in one of the survivors, in a picturesque building dating from the 18th century. The décor is equally charming inside, with small tables, low lighting, and soft music, so it's great for romantic dinners but not the sort of place for a rowdy family meal !
The food is of a high standard, which is reflected in the price. Everything is made with fresh, local ingredients and the menu leaves you spoilt for choice, with a selection of local and traditional dishes focusing on meat and fish recipes.
