Wistub "La Petite Venise"
Start with a very warm welcoming;
Then add a very nice decor;
Add this mix to a nice tradionnal Alsace meal;
Serve with a chilled Riesling;
This is the simple recipe for a very nice time in beautiful Colmar;
The decor is rustic and the restaurant is located in the Little Venice of Alsace, a real jewel and Unesco World Heritage.
The waiters are very friendly and really show they care about you. They would spend 15 minutes to (try to) translate the menu to you.
The menu is traditional and the dishes we had were full a flavours and the ingredients tasted very fresh.
It is hard to explain ... just go it will save some pixels!
