Why would Delilah's be my favorite restaurants in the whole world? Because they're sexy! The food is West Coast Fusion with an emphasis on local organic and best available products. Fixed price menu with outstanding quality, presentation and flare. Every plate is a piece of art; every flavor exquisite. The staff are professional, eclectic and fun. Always an experience. Oh, and hands down the best martini's in Vancouver.
