More schnitzel than you can wave a vegetable at 4th September 2008

Going to a place renkowed for schnitzel you expect there to be a large focus on meat - and there is - masses of it in fact.

I wimped out and went for the 'small' schnitzel which could feed a family of 4 - other customers were wrapping up their 'normal' sized protions in napkins to take home. But beyond the gargantuan protions the food was excellent and if you venture off the schnitzel path there are a number of other excellent choices on the menu including black pudding, baked with potatoes.

The only down sides being the lack of vegetables and the wine is only ok.
