Friendly Cafe on Tedder Avenue 6th May 2007

A friend had suggested that Tedder Avenue was a great place to head for lunch as there are lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Well, they weren't wrong and we were spoilt for choice. We opted to eat at Aruba, as it looked nice enough, the food being delivered to the other diners looked good, and they had a nice table for four available.

Service was smiley and some refreshing iced water was delivered with the menus. It was such a lovely sunny day that a couple of beers were in order as well.

We all opted for 'lunchy' types of meals. I had a very delicious Cajun chicken wrap which had all sorts of tasty fillings such as rocket and pumpkin. Also sampled was the Triple Decker sandwich, and the delicious Duck Salad which my Dad seemed pretty pleased about (see the photo).

It was an enjoyable lunch at Aruba and we thought that the menu options were perfect for the warm Queensland weather.
