Shepherd's Bakehouse is a very cool and modern looking neighbourhood café and bakehouse in Concord. The café is open throughout the day, and is an inviting looking place, with a covered outdoor dining area at the front, and open-air dining inside when the shop windows are folded back.

We had brunch there one morning with family and I was impressed with the experience. Service was friendly and mostly efficient, though it took a while for us to get the bill.

Shepherd's Bakehouse is a very cool and modern looking neighbourhood café and bakehouse in Concord. The café is open throughout the day, and is an inviting looking place, with a covered outdoor dining area at the front, and open-air dining inside when the shop windows are folded back.

We had brunch there one morning with family and I was impressed with the experience. Service was friendly and mostly efficient, though it took a while for us to get the bill.

There was a very interesting breakfast menu with several things that took my fancy. In the end I ordered the 'Vegetarian Sunrise', which was eggs with goats cheese, spinach and roasted tomato, served on toasted sourdough. It was good!

The others had the Pancakes 'American style', the Breakfast pie, and the Mushrooms on toast. Everyone was happy with their meals, and the coffee was very drinkable too.
