Hemmesphere, on Lvl 4, The Establishment, Sydney is a table service only bar so the drinks and food are VERY expensive and the service erally isn't that great. It's dark and the music is loud. It's more a place to be seen that actually a nice place to go. We saw Sophie Fawlkner and James Blunt there but maybe the fact that it's dark and they don't have to go up to the bar is what attracts them (they are also the only ones who can afford it!).
I wouldn't recommend this place but it has a certain ambience. But guys, come one, the whole point of the women's bathroom is to freshen makeup. These bathrooms are so dark you'll come out looking like Ronald McDonald!

Hemmesphere is a cocktail lounge like no other. Think style, glamour & pure indulgence, and you're on the right track. One of the most extensive cocktail & alcohol lists I've ever laid eyes on, I can highly recommend the honey & basil martini. Lots of comfy lounges & table service provided so you don't need to leave your seat. They serve yummy Japanese food, lots of nice sushi but don't forget to try the salt & pepper cuttlefish. The service is good & staff are friendly. Dress code is upwards of smart casual, and often corporate mid-week. Prices are a little on the expensive side. It's a good idea to book for more than 2 people. I recently celebrated my b'day there & the venue was a hit with all!
