Kingscliff is a small town just south of the QLD/NSW border. This quiet beachside town is where we found ourselves one day in need of some lunch. We wanted to eat somewhere relaxed, so we decided to check out what was on offer at the Bistro of the Bowls Club.

The Kingscliff Bowls Club is located in a prime position, backing onto the beach. The club has been running for almost 60 years and is a very popular place for the locals to meet.

Kingscliff is a small town just south of the QLD/NSW border. This quiet beachside town is where we found ourselves one day in need of some lunch. We wanted to eat somewhere relaxed, so we decided to check out what was on offer at the Bistro of the Bowls Club.

The Kingscliff Bowls Club is located in a prime position, backing onto the beach. The club has been running for almost 60 years and is a very popular place for the locals to meet.

We arrived at the Bistro, all found something that sounded good on the menu, and bagged a great table with ocean glimpses. The men were sent to the bar to get the drinks.

When the food arrived we were pleasantly surprised - it looked good! I had the Grilled Barramundi and it was really delicious. Hubby had the 'Surf & Turf' (steak and seafood) and he really enjoyed it as well. Good old Kingscliff hey!
