Hoxton Square is the centre of cool, Shoreditchs various streets are scattered with chic restaurants and bars where bare brick walls are the height of style and the atmosphere is all about laid back and trendy. Fair enough the artistic charisma might not be quite as powerful as its 90s peak but with places such as the Arts Café and the Tea Building - East Londons new creative industry centre- all is not lost. And for those of you who miss the Shoreditch of even older, theres still one major reminder, it contains the greatest concentration of strip tease venues in London.
