If there was an award for the greatest revival then Notting Hill would surely be a contender. A stylish celebrity hang out and home to a Carnival bettered only by Rios street festival experts, it bears little resemblance to the multi-occupied, massive slum of the mid 20th century. The area can strike you as one that is famous for being famous, particularly due to its appearance in a certain big screen hit.
