Quick shout on Clerkenwell

From fashionably housing Cromwell to becoming the clock makers of the Industrial Revolution and staging Communist meetings on the Green in the 30s, Clerkenwell has never been one for holding onto its identity for long. Nowadays, the area, sandwiched between hotspots such as Hoxton and Angel, is in a trendy phase, following in the footsteps of a number of its East London counterparts with an influx of boho young professionals.
