Our Christmas, at TrustedPlaces, has recently taken on a Brazilian flavour. Firstly, with a Brazilian wine tasting at Guanabara, where we had the pleasure of sampling Brazilian whites & reds (supplied by Coe Vintner’s). A fun night was had by all TrustedPlaces attendees. Favourites from those sampled included Miolo Fortaleza Do Seival Pinot Grigio, Miolo Fortaleza Do Seival Pinot Noir & a delicious sparkling Miolo Millesime. The evening was hosted by the only Brazilian Master of Wine in the world, Dirceu Vianna Junior.

We didn’t stop there! Recently we attended a Brazilian Christmas event: Ziriguidum at Galvin’s, Christmas in Rio held at the magnificent Galvin at Window’s, renowned for it’s view, it’s cocktails, and on this occasion some fine samba dancing. Great fun was had by all, and it was a magnificent start to the Christmas season.
