London Ghost Festival

Ghost!

Wooooo! It’s the London Ghost Festival this week, running until November 1st. That gives you the rest of the week to stock up on spooky experiences organised by London Paranormal. If you have no plans for Halloween, there’s lots here to tickle your ghostly fancies.

What about the Old Operating Theatre’s Ghost Train? Full of sinister thrills, this popular ghostly trail is set inside a disused 19th-century surgical theatre and has little in common with your typical creaky fairground ride. Join Psychic ghost hunter, Ian John Shillito as he recalls his adventures writing his book ‘Haunted West End Theatres’ and his ghostly experiences at Theatrical Hauntings & Hidden Ghosts. In Camden and looking for a family event? The Halloween Experience, in partnership with Camden Canals and Narrowboat Association presents ghostly boat trips through Islington Tunnel, and things to do in the darkened museum. Note: no unaccompanied adult. After it might be worth paying a trip to El Parador for 5 star tapas or The Crown and Goose for a drink to settle your senses and warm your cockles.

What are you doing for Halloween? Tell us all about it. Review it or get in touch and write a guest post! Email niamh@trustedplaces.com.
