We’re a busy lot at TrustedPlaces and this week is no exception. This Wednesday, we are going to The Kitchen at Parson’s Green for some cooking classes with Michelin starred chef, Thierry Laborde. 12 food obssessed TrustedPlacers and food bloggers shall be joining us and indulging.

The Kitchen at Parson’s Green is a completely new food concept that has been launched in London and has come over the pond from the US.  An easy and fun way to get top quality food without spending a fortune in a restaurant, The Kitchen has been launched by Michelin star chef Thierry Laborde and Natalie Richmond who have created a fantastic affordable food experience, enabling food lovers to create their own michelin quality meals from the finest ingredients hand-picked by Thierry, all for as little as £5 per portion.

We’re really looking forward to it and can’t quite decide what to cook! Veal escalope saltimbocca, teriyaki salmon, spiced angus beef burgers… or puy lentil and split pea dahl samosas? The mouth waters just reading! You’ll have to wait and see what we went with on Thursday. For now, here’s a taste via video.
