Russkiye Notchi

As promised we went along to the 4th Annual Russian Winter Festival in Trafalgar Square last weekend and shot some video:

Excuse the shaky camera work, but the odd shot of vodka to keep out the chill seemed somehow appropriate :)

The crowd was enormous and people seemed as interested in the food stalls as they did the live music. Lots of Russian merchandise on sale and we saw a lot of free t shirts being given away too.

Trafalgar Square was never our first choice for events, but we have to admit that it’s come into its own for this kind of festival.
