Ohhh Mr. Ambassador you’re spoiling us…

Thank you to everyone for coming last Friday night to the TrustedPlaces Christmas Party. The evening started out in style at Cafe Kick, in Exmouth Market, with mojitos and tapas, whilst some of our more adventurous members even decided to take on Cafe Kick regulars to a game of Table Football.

As we enjoyed each other’s companies, drank cocktails and watched Jules_E and Maya give the boys a run for their money on Table Football, the staff at The Ambassador were diligently preparing us a Christmas feast that even the ambassador’s guests from the Ferrero Rocher ad would be envious of.

Upon arrival at the Ambassador, Luke the manager, welcomed us with a glass of champagne and helped us feel comfortable as the starters arrived: Chestnut & apple soup, hot-smoked salmon with watercress and horseradish, and Foie gras & fig ballotine with sourdough toast.

With our appetites now fully awake we dug into our main courses of roast pheasants, braised galloway veal breasts, and fillets of wild Scottish halibut.

Once the last drop of wine was finished , the last spoon of chocolate pudding eaten we thanked the staff at the Ambassador for making this a memorable event. On behalf of the TrustedPlaces Team we would like to thank everyone for attending our Christmas Party and we’re already looking forward to seeing you at our next events in the new year.
