The Friends of the Earth have made a clever video promoting our local shops. The Brits, or British TV viewers, will recognise the cheeky nature of the ad. See if you can spot which major supermarket chain provided the inspiration.
The subject of the video strikes a cord with what we believe in and a lot of the things we’ve been talking about.
We love markets like Exmouth, Broadway and the local shops that do make shopping a bit more fun that just wondering through a supermarket.
Quite often you’ll find that local shops also offer much better value than some of the larger corporate chains.
