We’re looking for a truly gifted, creative marketing person who can write well, understands and enjoys what we’re trying to do with TrustedPlaces, knows how to take it to the next level and would love to join a startup in London.

What is the role?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and professional individual to take the lead in our marketing efforts and rapidly build a strong TrustedPlaces members base and brand.
Key responsibilities:
Promoting TrustedPlaces on and offline, through:
• Creation of compelling editorial copy on the site and on other publications
• Conception and management of offline events and campaigns, online competitions and staff recruitment
• Creation of weekly newsletters
• Travelling in key European cities to seed TrustedPlaces
• Managing PR internally and working with an external agency

You would be ideal for the role if you:

1. Are a prolific writer, proven through your previous work, blog or other print or online publications
2. Have experience in PR and/or experiential marketing
3. Have a keen radar on what is hot in a city like London. You love eating, going out and discovering new places and meeting interesting people
4. Have a large network of friends, ex-colleagues with similar interest
5. Are passionate about the web and already participate in other online communities
6. Are self-drive, creative, but at the same results focused and able to work on deadlines
7. Can manage a diverse set of priorities and strands of work with a keen eye on detail and
