We LOVE Yelp

Yes, we do and we’re big enough men to admit it. We love them for their beautiful looks, but more so for their great personality. If you want to see what the potential of TrustedPlaces is and how you can be a great TrustedPlaces citizen look at Yelp.

For those of you who don’t know, Yelp is like the big brother in the “family” of word of mouth communities for recommending places. They’ve absolutely nailed the tone, features and design and the community they’ve built is inspiring.
If we, like a younger brother, get to be as good as they are, we’re gonna be one happy bunch of campers. However like any big brother/younger brother relationship expect there to be friendly competition, but love and respect too ;-)

So there you go… a bit of love spreading early in the morning.

Note to Yelpes: if you’re coming to London, give us a shout and we’ll be happy to show you around.

    Hi trustedplaces!

    Love the site!

We are working on a user review website in Sydney, Australia and like you. we certainly respect the work that Yelp have done in this area - the progress that they have made is incredible.
Nice to see that trustedplaces is taking on a UK flavour - fish and chips as a tag? Brilliant :)

    Keep up the good work
