Changes, comments and new ideas - keep’em coming ;-)

Wow, it seems like we had that launch party only yesterday. Doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun?

The ones with the keen eye amongst you will have noticed a few changes around here. You can now spot your favourite reviewers or people that you already know and ask them to be your TrustedPlaces friend. Once you’re both on each other’s friends list you can send each other messages and automatically share favourites. So don’t be shy, the worst that can happen is that the other person says no (the guys amongst you, will know the feeling well ;-).

Over the next few weeks you’ll notice more and bigger changes. A lot of you have been commenting that sometimes you don’t know the address of a place you want to review and finding it can be a bit of a pain. We’re making a big addition to the site that will include 100,000+ places in the UK, so that you will not have to worry about location again. Of course, if there is a place we don’t have yet, you can always let us know about it. Apologies to our international friends – we only have UK locations at the moment.

More things to come are invites to people that are not on the site yet, enhancements to a place’s page and of course the Discussion Forums. Putting all these features in place, completing others, fixing all of the outstanding bugs and tweaking the design of different pages will keep us nicely busy and get us ready to opening our doors up to the whole wide world.

Big thanks to everybody that has sent us their feedback and ideas so far. We are listening, so watch out to see some of your comments and suggestions reflected on the site. We do need your views, so keep them coming please.
