No, time has not stopped for the last week – we just decided to spend a bit more time in getting things right. It has been a gruelling week for the whole team and we came very close to delivering the service on schedule. We could have launched today and use the fact that we’re on alpha as a forgiving factor, but we decided to delay the launch for a week while we finalise some of the features, add content from our pre-alpha users and also migrate to our new dedicated server infrastructure. The pressure is on, but everyone here seems to be enjoying it and in a way feeding from it. By next week the title for this blog should be T-0.

To give ourselves that bit of extra motivation we also decided to have a launch party on the 26th of July.
